Returns

No returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods that are damaged will be replaced.

If it is a supplement, food, or cosmetic product that is in the original un-opened condition we will credit the purchase price but not the freight. Opened supplements, food, or cosmetic products are not be able to be returned. Any claims for damages must be made via email, or in writing postmarked within FIVE days of receipt of goods.

Steps to return:

  1. Contact us at:

    and tell the problem.


  2. We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  3. Pay the return postage of the merchandise back to us.

  4. When it is received we will inspect it, and then at our discretion either (i) issue a store credit; or (ii) replace the product (if the product is damaged).

  5. There is no credit given on freight.

  6. Unauthorized returns will not be credited under any circumstances, nor will opened supplements, or food products.

  7. There is a 15% restocking fee that may apply.

In Case of Damage

If you chose Postal Service (United States Post Office) for shipping your domestic order, and your order was over $50... Sorry, but you are on your own.

As was stated when you placed your order and selected the shipping method for your order...

“If You Use Postal Service on Domestic USA Orders over $50, You Are Assuming ALL Risk of Loss and/or Damage. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, Because the US Postal Service Has Been REFUSING To Honor Any Claims For Loss OR Damage. So Be Safe and Ship Via UPS!”

If you receive your shipment and it is damaged in order for us to process your claim you need to:

  • Let us know by sending a letter AND photograph of the damaged box and product; OR

  • Let us know by submitting an email form at Information Request

  • We will need a photograph of the damaged box and product. If you are sending notification via email form, we will give you an email address where to send the picture jpg format only

  • You need to keep the damaged box in case the carrier wants to see it

Your satisfaction is very important to us. The carriers especially the postal service like to weasel out of their guarantees and paying on claims, so any claims need to be air tight. Thank you for your understanding, and compliance.

 

We Respect your Privacy. Your information will remain private. It will NOT be shared, sold, loaned or rented. Period.  We will not harass you will email "Offers". We hate when that happens to us.
