ANTI-FRAUD WARNING
Dear Worried and/or Confused Potential Friend,
We have just been advised there is a fraud team claiming to be affiliated with our company. They are not. If you get a call from them please get all the information you can and report it to your local police department.
Here’s more so you can protect yourself…
If you received a phone call from someone or some company similar to this…
A person in a different state called and asked if we could track orders.
Of course we can. He was asked why?
His response was “An affiliate of yours called me and told me an order I placed was on it’s way. They had all my information. My address, phone, and they even had my credit card information. They told me if I had any questions, I should call your number.”
This is FRAUD.
If you receive a call like this, please get as much information as possible and report it to us. We will be opening up a report to the FBI.
It is deffinitely not us, or an affiliate of ours. Affilaites of ours only bring potential clients to our web site. All sales are between clients and us. Not through an affiliate.
The company calling you is committing FRAUD…. They are trying to steal from you.
It can not be from us or any of our affiliates. Here’s Why…
- Affiliates in our affiliate program do not know the names, addresses, emails, and especially credit card information of people who buy our products. So it would be impossible for them to call you and claim you placed an order.
- The only time we contact a client about their order by phone is if we have a problem processing their order, or if they have called and left a message asking us to call. We do not call to tell you “Your order is on it’s way”
- The only way you can order from us is to actually place your order with us over the internet, or over the phone by calling us. We do not call you.
- Your Credit Card information is safe with us. Your Credit Card number is NOT stored on the internet by us. It is NOT stored on our web site.
So if you do get one of these mystery calls, please take the following steps for your own safety.
- Immediately Call your credit card company and:
- Cancel your credit card.
- Get a replacement card.
- If it is a bank debit card, cancel your card. Personally go to your bank and stop the ability of anyone to charge your account.
- Report it to your local police department. Identity theft if they have it otherwise the fraud division.
- Check with your postmaster at your local post office to make absolutely certain no one has put in a change of address. That is one of the fraudsters tricks — especially when they steal someone’s identity. If they have already put in a change of address, then make sure you report it to the postal inspectors.
- If you can get any information on them, please get as much as possible. and let us know so we can help you hunt them down.
We fully realize this is a hassle in your life. Again… We Are NOT Responsible. It is NOT us doing this. SO for your sake, please take action and protect yourself.
We run a clean and honest business. It is a shame and completely disgusting these sub-human, slime would try and rip you off and destroy our good name we have worked so hard to build.
Please help us and the FBI get them.
Thank you for your support, and understanding.
Sincerely,
Allen
